I would guess because [1, 2, 3, 4] is shorter than listOf(1, 2, 3, 4) or [‘a’:1, ‘b’:2, ‘c’:3] compared to mapOf(‘a’ to 1, ‘b’ to 2, ‘c’ to 3). Personally I think there there are better things to work on.
