Any treatise of defense that says ‘the same reasons as in 2004, the more things change the more they stay the same’ is DOA.. thanks for the link @cedric.. my conclusion, way back then was that the ‘refuge’ RoR offered from ‘complexity’ was an illusion (or if you like Hume, a delusion)...
