He is just looking on all things through his testing glasses, no wonder he dislikes when he sees things which would potentially lead to systems which rely on testing less. I would like to see Uncle Bob's reaction to Haskell then :) Where they have a saying that "if it compiles it is 80% that you have a correct code"... And I actually already experienced this while playing with Haskell.
