You can already: https://github.com/jtransc/jtransc

Just git clone the repo and go to the benchmark folder and execute gradle runD (in windows, linux or mac) with a dlanguage http://dlang.org/download.html compiler installed (for arm devices you can install ldc or gdc).
It generates a native executable for your current platform in the build/jtransc-d folder without any external dependency on anything.
