I'm sure it's a good fit for some teams, but for most of us, whose primary focus is to write clean, maintainable code, there's not much of a reason to spend time suffering from decreased productivity and committing non-idiomatic code that'll have to be refactored when you learn the "right way" to do it a few weeks later
