yep, tagging SO questions/answers with specific version they apply to is a good practice, not only for Kotlin but for any language/library. I've seen Java, Spring, Ratpack and boatload of other technology related questions and answers which are not compatible with the latest version, as long as the version in the question/answer is specified that has never presented a problem.
