we had a bunch of @Deprecated annotations which used private const strings inside for common wording, and K2 is asking us to make those strings visible -> https://github.com/arrow-kt/arrow/pull/3087/commits/d74e573c5c301590eb44a822e1c8a0290871480d

this kind of makes sense (after all, you’re exposing the information through an annotation), but I was wondering whether this is expected, or should be reported as a bug
