Hi everyone!

We continue to implement <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WSIQ1Y_1zGsKvnY8yNgPSLHDaOoQvJ-m47XBzakJPx8/edit#heading=h.ac1kzp4jsime|changes> to this Slack.

1. As we want this space to be straightforward, we will try to keep the number of channels to a minimum and avoid duplicates. That is why we have *limited permissions for creating new channels to admins only*.
If you would like to create a new channel, please reach out via <#C0B8W32VA|> for help.

2. We have implemented an *onboarding workflow for newcomers*. It should help new members get familiar with our <https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-web-site/blob/master/pages/community/slackccugl.md|Code of Conduct and Basic Usage Guidelines>. It also contains a list of channels, which will help newcomers find their bearings.
