Trying to consume an API and getting no data through. I’m getting an error

Phenotype API error. Event # cbvq@9670a4c5, EventCode: 12 [CONTEXT service_id=51 ]

which i presume means that the model object isn’t matching the JSON format. Anyone be more specific?
