I've seen in Kotlin's repo that there are several compiler plugins. I'm looking into building a compiler plugin that bakes support for global typeclass instances that can be implicitly summoned for emulated higher kinds of arbitrary arity. Are there any good resources or docs around building compiler plugins similar to all-open and others that I can use to get started? Thanks!
