I've herd them mention making a feature like that, but it is in question as double extension functions could allow you to make some crazy obfuscated code.
I go back and forth on it myself. This is the only case where you really need a double extension function.
As for a work around, there are none to my knowledge. That's why Anko extends every view that can contain other views. Sorry man.
