building Kotlin with Gradle works perfectly fine. However, WTP is mainly used in the development phrase where the WTP manages the deployment from the eclipse workspace to the application server deployment folder.

It seems like the Kotlin Eclipse plugin doesn't manage to copy its class file over to the WTP (deployment) folder when publishing the artefact in the Eclipse WTP
