any thoughts on CLI parsing libraries? I'm pretty sure we can get [really slick kotlin syntax](https://gist.github.com/Groostav/f25eb156cf980014032d6d75741cae31) for a handling CLI args, but all of the existing CLI parsers are java oriented.
