So, in [this comment](https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlin-coroutines/issues/41#issuecomment-212990215) @mikehearn mentions that java 9 exposes stack frame manipulation methods, but looking at the list of java 9 JEP's I dont see anything to this effect. Is this just an implementation detail for hotspot?
