hi, I'm thinking of starting a new web app project in Kotlin (JSON web api back-end for a rich front-end). Any recommendations on the following: web framework, logging, DI (Kodein?), testing, mocking, and possibly ORM (Icicl, Jooq)? And also possibly web server setup (undertow? netty? gemini, which seems to have very good performance?)
