I'm trying to use the runtime jar from http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/jetbrains/kotlin/kotlin-runtime/1.0.3/
with the 1.0.3 CLI kotlinc (https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin/releases/tag/v1.0.3)
but the compiler chokes on every reference reference to something from the library
