@sreich: The color scheme looks like the default color scheme of Sublime Text called Monokai (a very famous color scheme). Update: Monokai was originally created as a TextMate theme by Wimer Hazenberg in 2006. So, a lot of Ruby/Rails folks should know that color scheme.
