@dolfik: you can try to play with options in Editor > Inspections. Maybe «Kotlin» group of them. But it’s kinda strange if it works smoothly on Linux.
Another suspect is YandexDisk folder in your log, but I’m not sure how it performs a sync so it's just a speculation
