@chris, This is a time management thing. If Nb is popular enough and the same people who use it exclusively would like to use Kotlin, too, some of them should cooperate and create initial support, JB has a track record of adopting successful community efforts (at least I vaguely remember some examples of this exist, @yole correct me if I'm wrong).
