for example? The problem with eclipse is, that this IDE is good with Java only. The other tools are not very well I think and the 2 IDE's are in a balance of using. Netbeans has more powerful features for a few more languages. This is not only my personal opinion, this is an experience. I used IDE too and it is good, and has a lot of stuff too, but for me it is a bit to overloaded from the UI and so on. So when I have to use IDEA I use it but for me netbeans will be the tool of my choice. I would really like to see, that you can have a bit more research for netbeans to see what is possible and how often they is used and hopefully you have a bit more resources to create an official plugin for netbeans too.
