Is Java8 interoperability (see https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-4778) targeted for the final 1.0 version? I understand Kotlin is a huge step forward for those stuck with Java6/Android, but for people already using Java 8, not having streams (OK, there’s a dirty workaround) nor « real » lambdas looks like a step backward.
