@damianpetla: @apptreematt This is actually an open issue in the language design. The essence of it is that extension properties can not refer to this in their initializers (in fact, they don’t have initializers at all), and the delegate expression is a kind of an initializer. So, there’s a glitch here, we are looking for ways of allowing this
