(and since everyone is focused on 1.0 delivery we should really let those people who could have a bigger conversation on these topics focus on 1.0 and that means help rather than distract.  By the way there is a language topic blog post that your message for operator overloading would be great in.  We started discussions here about that topic, and were redirected to it as well.  Also youtrack works, it will be read there, but make a really good argument with use cases or it won't get far)
