1.4.2 RELEASE UPDATE

Folks, we’re going to be a bit late this month for the 1.4.2 release.

The non tl;dr version - the reason for it is because our release has always been tedious with a lot of manual steps. We’ve been moving the build infrastructure to a new machine with more powerful and dedicated agents, and trying to automate it as much as possible so that we eliminate as many of the manual steps as possible. We tried to get the release out the door yesterday but it didn’t happen.

We’re hoping to get it out some time next week. Hopefully though, these changes will make it a simple button click (that’s the aim).

In the meantime, apologies for the delay.
