I see from following that there was, at least in Ktor version at the time, an issue with ping/pong support in web socket implementation if using OkHttp ("OkHttp provides it's own Ping/Pong mechanism which is not properly integrated with Ktor infrastructure so far.") ....should that still be the case? https://github.com/ktorio/ktor/issues/1803
