Kotless version 0.1.2 with the support of Ktor was just released (https://github.com/JetBrains/kotless).
Kotless stands for Kotlin Serverless Framework, it aims to reduce the routine of serverless deployment creation and generates it straight from the code of the application itself.
Now, Kotless supports serverless deployment of Ktor. Simply use special Kotless engine for Ktor and then deploy a Ktor-based application to AWS with one button.
