📣 📣 📣 ktor 0.4.0 has been released.

Of course, there are many smaller bug fixes and improvements, please see commit log for details.
We will keep 0.4.* builds coming with fixes, improvements and features, and if we will need to change API we will change version to 0.5. In the coming builds we will clean all deprecated APIs, so if you need migration from 0.3, please use 0.4.0 first.
