cant't exec https://github.com/Kotlin/ktor/tree/master/ktor-samples/ktor-samples-websocket sample. Server was start successfully, but can't to open index page - getting IllegalArgumentException: Couldn't instantiate type class org.jetbrains.ktor.samples.chat.Session for parameters [userId]
