Locations are designed to be round-trip entity, so that you can get a location instance from a call, and you can build an URL from a location. Obviously, post data can’t work like this. We are building a send/receive pipeline for arbitrary data types, it is working as a prototype, but needs some more work. When I get from vacation next week, I will finish it.
