My perception is it’s so complicated to do right, even with Rx or Flow/Mono or whatever… So I personally bet on coroutines 🙂 We are experimenting and researching it right now, so I think in few weeks it will be in master and ready to use. It’s complex, however, on the boundaries between suspending and non-suspending worlds, so it would need some time to do it right with e.g. netty.
