I think I found a bug.
I use a Location with an optional parameter. When I tried to get the uri without the parameter, I got an InconsistentRoutingException.
After investigation, I found a problem on https://github.com/Kotlin/ktor/blob/0d27aac165da1352fa41339baf042a49c67553c3/ktor-features/ktor-locations/src/org/jetbrains/ktor/locations/ConversionService.kt#L74
When there is no parameter, an emptyList is returned and not a null.
Changing this line with
return if (requestParameters == null || requestParameters.isEmpty()) {
resolves the bug.
