does the idea plugin 213-1.6.10-release-944-IJ6461.79 use a compiler with a different api than the normal 1.6.10 compiler? I have trouble using the kotlin-power-assert plugin when i set idea to build with JPS instead of gradle. https://github.com/bnorm/kotlin-power-assert/issues/57
