The main thing slowing down development pace for me is not coming up with solutions to problems, coming up with new functionality, hunting bugs, compiling, running tests, it's all the Kotlin plugin crashes and the general insanely slow performance, not being able to interact with a file until after tons (sometimes well over 30 seconds) of seconds has passed, and I have a 6 cores (12HT) laptop and 32GB of RAM. 😞
