are "nested" composite or "includeBuild" gradle builds supported in 2018.3? gradle support for them was added in 4.10 and I vaguely remember using it in older (2018.2) intellij but i'm not 100% sure. I'm trying to use it now and it works through gradle but intellij sync does not create the modules.
