Is it a known issue that 1.2.0-release-IJ2017.3-1 kotlin plugin doesn't index non-project files, for example library classes? For example in

I'd expect generics to be dark-blueish and the interface itself have a green dot that links all implementations. Mouse clicking the title seems to still work, though.
