I know there are libraries like kvision and patternfly-fritz and vaadin, but which/what would be the best/fastest for creating an admin UI in Kotlin to replace something like OroPlatform (php/symfony)? We're looking for something with the lowest learning curve, and the most amount of help on the side of the framework for admin UIs...
