Submitted a feature request for a @DceKeep annotation to mark declarations as kept by DCE: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-25993

I'm not too sure how annotation processors or the build process work, but if this is hypothetically simple enough to write without needing to bug Jetbrains, feel free to give me some pointers and I'll try to do it myself 🙂
