But looks like this one requires Live Edit plugin which available only on web storm.

I’m wrong, this is available in IntelliJ IDEA too: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7007-liveedit
In this case, chrome remote debugging is not required. Just install JetBrains IDE Support Chrome extension, enable live edit in IntelliJ IDEA (Setting -> Build, … -> Debugger -> Live edit -> Update application in Chrome) and click plugin button in chrome.
