BTW, meet my pet-project, which is a prototype of a client-side framework for JVM: https://github.com/konsoletyper/teavm-flavour
It's not Kotlin-centric, but one can probably use it with Kotlin JVM. The only problem it's a completely new framework that can't reuse existing React.js or Angular or Aurelia and in order to use the framework you have to learn things from scratch.
