I think I already raised a question close to this one, but what about a Kotlin -> LLVM toolchain that could be used to generate WebAssembly code (https://github.com/WebAssembly/design/blob/master/FAQ.md#which-compilers-can-i-use-to-build-webassembly-programs) and JavaScript code ?
