I have updated to targetSdkVersion 29  and when I launch the camera to take a photo  it would appear my app has crashed and it relaunches a new instance of the app  whereby the variables set before calling camera launch are now unset.  How do I fidn what is happening and why?  The Closest I can find is WindowManager Destroying surface Surface called by com.android.server.wm.WindowStateAnimator    removeFromCurrentState    DSS Off for {packagename}
