Hello, anyone know how to create a touch event from an animation??

I have an ItemTouchHelper on my ListAdapter in order to create a swipe to dismiss feature.
I would like to show an animation as an hint for the user to know that the feature exists.
But I failed to find how to do it when using an ItemTouchHelper. My anination won’t trigger the onSwipe or onChildDraw from my ItemTouchHelper.

I tried using a MotionEvent to simulate a touchEvent, but failed to see what To use with that class… i find it quite limited.

How to you handle such a case ? Did you use a library ? avoid using ItemTouchHelper to do that feature ?
