hey, is there a sure shot way to get onTaskRemoved callback everytime the app is cleared from the memory? need to track app close and the only option seems to be the background services that got deprecated in oreo. also, this seems to be heavily manufacturer dependent as xiaomi devices don't seem to provide this callback at all while some nokia and pixel deviceds do
