Recently published my first Medium article about a MVVM Base class for Fragments/Activities that takes away boilerplate databinding/inflating/viewmodel stuff, would love some feedback

I also don't think there is a solution for this, but if anyone has a better way than passing the ViewModel twice please tell me.
