I'm getting this error, and I assume it has something to do with my computer?

It's failing at the gradle task

:app:transformClassesWithDexBuilderForDebug UP-TO-DATE

and I suspect this has something to do with my hardware, since it ramped up my fans' speed by quite alot.

I was perfectly fine before I upgraded to Android Studio 3.1 and gradle 4.4, does it have something to do with that?

P/S: I'm using a macbook pro retina 2017
