03/15/2017, 8:24 PMWhen I removed plugin completely and tried to install it from repository it tried to install 1.0.7 instead of 1.1.1. Maybe the issue is that 1.0.7 was released after 1.1.1 and Android Studio's builtin plugin installer thinks that this version is newer.
