Anyone with Android Studio 2.3 and Kotlin 1.1 – does "Tools ▸ Kotlin ▸ Decompile Kotlin to Java" enabled for you?
Can't find a reason why it is disabled (kotlin 1.1.0-release-Studio2.3-1). "Decompile" button in "Kotlin Bytecode" tool window is missing too, while bytecode is produced.
