I've just noticed on Android 7.1 emulator when you have "Animation duration scale" in developer settings set to "Animation off" progress bar appears as not animating. Doesn't look the same on Android 4.1. Anybody knows when did they introduce it? This sounds awesome for testing some loading state with Espresso. // cc @jozzi
