yup unfortunately sometimes there are problems with Kotlin, but for me it occurs that sometimes the code is underline by red line but compile correctly. Other unfortunately worse case is that in Kotlin, databinding and dagger composition the compiler throws that it doesn't know anything about Kotlin. But clean the project always fixt it in my case. But I agree that it's annoying.
