I love Kotlin the language, but I do have to say we've had quite a bit of pain with bugs related to compilation. I know they are being actively worked on and I appreciate the efforts, but there have been times when I (as the one to advocate for adopting Kotlin) have been the target of some cursing due to broken builds, or changes not being picked up during incremental builds, etc.
